Our recycled silk yoga mats are all individually handmade in cooperatives under fair trade practices. Our mats support communities is small villages and help provide jobs for women and families. Our recycled silk yarn is made from silk waste, more specifically the waste of Indian traditional silk saris. The yarn is hand-spun using electricity-free manufacturing and then handwoven to create our mats.
